The Service Design Studio is the nation’s first municipal team dedicated to improving services for low-income residents. We partner with city agencies and work to shift power to communities with lived experience.

As the Assistant Director of Visual Design, I do the following:

• Offer graphic design guidance and branding supervision to any applicable projects for the Service Design Studio, other teams within the Mayor’s Office for Economic Opportunity, and partner Mayoral Offices (as needed)

• Develop and maintain the Studio design system and style guides for new and existing services

• Execute and delegate graphic design requests to ensure they meet the Studio's accessibility and design standards; supervise and upskill design fellows

• Closely strategize the design team’s operations with the Studio Director
